Lately every film I have watched (I am a student so I watch a lot) has given me inspiration of the fashiony kind. From my long time favourite Barbarella to new to me discoveries. Here's a quick run through of the looks I am coveting from the silver screen.

5 Days.

I think I am more excited than ever about Christmas this year. Probably because I feel like I have been away from my family and friends for too long. Also because I have found some presents I hope the recipients will love.

For Dad, super cute harmonica. I am in love with the packaging more than anything.

For the boyfriend, stag cuff links. He broke his last Christmas and I looked after them so we didn't lose them at a friends house. I like to think this was all a clever plan to have an excuse to meet up again after Christmas but in reality, it was probably just clumsiness.

They are from the Etsy seller Make It, who also have some rather lovely necklaces I might just have to treat myself to after Christmas!

Hey there. This is my new blog. All That Glitters was going nowhere and quite frankly just annoying the hell out of me so I wanted to start again, start anew. A nice clean fresh blog. I toyed with the idea of starting this for the new year but the boyfriend will be staying with me and I just won't have time. ; )
And besides no time like the present. So I would like to welcome you all to Disco 2000 and please feel free to tell me what you want more of, less of etc.

And so to set the tone, the current object of my affections. These will more than likely be in my possession in the new year.
