Although this blog is now connected to an Etsy store I don’t
want all posts to be simple picture and link posts, I thought today I would
give a little background to the store.
Disco 2000 has been the name of this blog for a while now
and I felt it was the best fit for the store too.
Disco 2000 is the title of a Pulp song, which as well as being properly great for dancing to, features my name! How could I choose anything else? It also feels a bit tacky and kitsch, which is something I love.

Women with too much hairspray, false nails and a penchant
for rhinestones are the Disco 2000 icons (although this has been known to
switch to goths on occasion). Check out the Pinterest board for inspiration http://pinterest.com/disko2000/boards
I aim to provide pieces that you can have fun in. The items in the store are great for nights out or adding a
bit of sparkle to the everyday. It is all clean and repaired if needed so you
can wear it straight away!
If you know me personally you will know that I have just
graduated (so recently that I am still awaiting my grade!) and I am living back
in Yorkshire, I decided that now was as good a time as any to start doing this.
With no day job or coursework taking up my time!

discount code!) https://www.facebook.com/disco2000boutique
